NexDialTM
is a native Windows 95/98/ME or NT4/2K program that controls calls, notifies you of
voice mail, and allows you to access your voice mail using the LAN connection
to the NTS Server. NexDialTM
is lightening fast and pops and comes to the top on incoming calls. You will be amazed at how
quickly and efficiently you can juggle waiting calls and multiple calls
on hold with this application. Any number of NexDialTM
applications can be run from multiple PCs on the network.

NexDialTM
also allows access to voice mail in a separate pop-up window.
This display shows the time and date of each message, the message length,
and the caller name and number (if you subscribe to the caller ID service
from the phone company). You can sort the messages on any field by clicking on the column
bar at the top of the column. Messages can be forwarded (with a pre-pended message) to mail boxes
or groups of mail boxes.
With the NexDialTM
voice mail window, you can play voice mail messages either on your computer's
multi-media speakers, or through the telephone, dial the caller ID of the person
that left the message, record your normal or alternate greetings,
save the voice messages to your local PC for reference, and delete
one or more messages in a single click.

Call Log viewing can be done with NexDialTM
by any user, for calls to or from the user's extension,
or, for all extensions by the system administrator. A filter can be set up, to select
only the numbers or combination or numbers you are interested in. Date ranges can also be selected.
The log can be sorted on any column by clicking on that column.
Finally, the log can be saved
to the local hard disk for further review or printing. The format is compatible with
importing it to Excel or Word.
