Part Number and Ordering Information Note: All NTS Servers are shipped with hard disk drives capable of at least 50 hours voice mail storage, and include telephony interface cards, CPU, RAM memory, case and power supply, floppy drive, network interface card, monitor interface card, and software, as noted below. CRT Monitor and keyboard are not included and not required. Telephony software is pre-loaded and system is pre-configured for standard configurations. All systems have a TP (10 Base T) network interface, and include TelOper and AdminTool JavaScript control and administration software. TelOper requires a client PC with a Netscape or Mozilla Web Browser; AdminTool requires Netscape, Mozilla, or MSIE Web Browser; both require a TCP/IP network. AdminTool is necessary to alter standard configurations. NexDial (client-server dialer), InstallTool (for reloading the hard disk), and NexDirector (client-server operator's interface) native Win95/98/ME/Win2K/WinXP programs are also included. The configurations below list the NTS/ and NTS/R chassis. The NTS/ chassis uses conventional motherboard technology, which accepts a maximum of six CBTI cards (48 ports, or 18 x 30 maximum). The NTS/R chassis is an industrial, rack mounted system that accepts up to 9 CBTI cards (72 ports or 27x45 maximum for the NTS/R). The NTS/R chassis uses a passive backplane and a single board computer (1.2 Ghz Celeron) that plugs into one slot. This approach is more expensive than the NTS/ chassis, but offer the advantage of greater expandability.
